How to make your mind feel peaceful and have happiness



You will be happy to know that
A  peaceful mind is something we can all achieve.

A peace of mind manifests when the incessant inner chatter of the mind slows down. When peace of mind apears, anxiety,stress, worries, fear, mental and emotional restlessness, nervious and impatience state of inner calmness which bring forth happiness.

The first thing in the morning as you wake up! get yourself a good stretch.... to get in to that vibration mood ,then brush you teeth, then wash your face with cool water!! This will help you to more refreshed your sprit! you  can turn on your favorite music.
Then you look around !any where..... in the sky , in the room. on your body, there  must  be some  thing that you can give thank for, start to    give gratitude for everything! by doing this you will notice that more and  more you  will find so much to  give gratitude for, This allow you to be calm and peaceful appreciate everything, and everyone more, your emotion start to feel happy, this will put smile on your face, and in your heart, your day will feel better, and you will feel better. give gratitude for  the thing you have and even the thing you do not have. express gratitude and the flood gate of grace will open
